Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 medium tomatoes (Roma)
    32 small jalapeno peppers
    1 large onion - minced in food processor
    Add 2 tablespoons minced garlic
    Salt to taste
Preparation
    Cover with water and boil until tomato skins start to split (about 10 minutes). 1 large onion - minced in food processor. Process tomatoes and peppers (use some of water if necessary).
    Mix all ingredients.
    Add 2 tablespoons minced garlic.
    Salt to taste. Seal while hot.
    Makes 7 pints.
