Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans crescent rolls
    1 envelope Ranch dressing mix
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. mayonnaise
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. cauliflower flowerets
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Unroll crescent dough, leaving it in one piece and place on 9 x 13-inch cookie sheet, stretching and spreading to cover entire bottom of cookie sheet, pinching together any holes.
    Bake until golden brown according to crescent instruction.
    Cool and set aside.
    Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, sour cream and Ranch dressing until smooth and creamy.
    Spread on cooled crescent crust. Sprinkle cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and mushrooms on top of spread.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
