Toasted Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
    2 c. milk
    1 1/4 box instant coconut cream pudding
Preparation
    Whip milk and pudding until stiff.
    Add vanilla to flavor (about 1 teaspoon).
    Add whipped cream to pudding mixture.
    Mix 10 minutes more at medium speed.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Makes 1 large pie.
    Broil coconut and sprinkle on top.
