Microwave Blueberry Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. quick oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    3 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Mix together the first 4 ingredients until crumbly. Press half of the crumbs into an 8-inch square dish. Reserve other half. Microwave sugar, cornstarch and water on High for 2 to 4 minutes, stirring several times until thick and clear. Stir in blueberries, vanilla and lemon flavoring until well mixed. Pour the mixture over crumbs in dish. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over the top and microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes. Let set 10 minutes before serving.
