6-Week Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box (15 oz.) Post Raisin Bran
    5 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    extra raisins (optional)
Preparation
    In a huge bowl, mix well first 5 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
    Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    (Batter keeps for up to 6 weeks.
    Simply scoop out desired quantity, then return unused batter to the refrigerator.)
