Ingredients

1 (18 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. fresh or canned fruit
1/4 c. orange marmalade or peach or apricot preserves
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Line large pizza pan with cookie dough, pressing to form crust.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned; cool.
Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Spread over cookie crust.
Arrange fruit over cream cheese.
Glaze with a mixture of marmalade and water.
Chill.
Makes 12 or more servings.
