Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
    1 jar thick/chunky salsa, divided
    1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    10 soft tortilla shells (8-inch)
    2 1/2 c. frozen corn, cooked
Preparation
    Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking oil on medium heat.
    Add chicken; cook and stirring about 6 minutes or until cooked through.
    Add 1/2 cup of the salsa and 2/3 cup of cheese; mix lightly.
    Spread 1 cup of remaining salsa onto bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Spoon 1/4 cup of chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla shell and roll up.
    Place tortilla seam down in prepared dish.
    Top with remaining salsa and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve with corn.
