Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1/4 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. coarse dry bread crumbs or crackers
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. water
    4 peppers, seeded and stemmed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except peppers.
    Cook peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Stuff loosely with mixture.
    Stand upright in baking dish.
    Pour remaining tomato sauce and water over peppers.
    Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
