Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained (save 1/4 c. liquid for when you mix)
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn bread mix (Jiffy)
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 bell pepper, chopped (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix well and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
