Unbaked Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. graham crackers, crushed very fine
    1 lb. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 lb. pitted dates, chopped
    1 lb. pecans, chopped
    1/4 lb. crystallized cherries (red and green), quartered
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt marshmallows in cream in top of a double boiler.
    Mix dates, cherries and pecans; add to marshmallow mixture.
    Add 1/2 of crumbs, salt and vanilla to fruit mixture.
    Mix well to form \"dough\".
    Put rest of crumbs on waxed paper and roll dough in crumbs, shaping it into a loaf or roll.
    Wrap in waxed paper, Saran Wrap or foil and store in refrigerator.
