Herbed "N" Spiced Chicken(Eating Light) - cooking recipe

1 pkg. cut-up chicken
1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Mix together yogurt and curry powder.
Pour dry stuffing mix into blender and process until crumbs form.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; brush with yogurt mix and roll in stuffing crumbs.
