Rice Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Minute rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten slightly
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
2 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Combine rice from directions on box and mix all together. Shape into 18 balls, using only 1/2 cup juice. Put in skillet and pour remaining juice over meat balls.
