Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 large and 1 small can Ortega chilies, chopped
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Line casserole with a layer of chilies.
    Cover with 1/2 the cheese.
    Add rest of chilies and cover with rest of cheese.
