Freezer Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. thin sliced cucumbers
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. red or green peppers
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. canning salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed together and heat to dissolve the sugar.
    Place cucumbers, onions and peppers in large container.
    Pour heated mixture over them.
    Refrigerate 5 days; stir once a day.
    Freeze in jars or flat layers.
