Ham Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. ground ham
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. mustard
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 c. vinegar (white)
    1 small can pineapple and juice
Preparation
    Combine ham, bread crumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Roll into small balls.
    Place in pan.
    Mix brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, pineapple and juice.
    Pour over balls in pan. Bake 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve over rice.
    Good to use up leftover ham.
