Riced Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boiled, peeled potatoes, riced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Add butter, seasonings and eggs to hot riced potatoes.
    Mix together and mound in baking dish.
    Cover with cheese and crumbs. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until crumbs are brown.
