Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. uncooked shell (small) macaroni
    1 box cherry tomatoes, quartered
    1/4 c. firmly chopped onion
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. finely chopped peeled cucumbers
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil macaroni in salted water until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Drain and run cold water over macaroni, draining thoroughly.
    Mix mayonnaise and sugar, then mix all ingredients including cooled macaroni and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours.
    Serves 8.
