Spicy Milk Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    6 whole cloves
    4 tsp. jasmine tea
    cardamom (optional)
    2 cinnamon sticks
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 c. milk
    honey
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil.
    Add cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
    Add tea and steep for a few minutes.
    Add milk.
    Bring to boil again.
    Remove from heat. Strain into tea pot.
    Serve with a sprinkle of cardamom and a bit of honey.
