Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. onion (red for color)
    2 to 3 boiled eggs, diced
    1/4 c. cut-up pickles
    1/2 c. tomato, diced
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and dice.
    Boil in salt water until tender, not mushy.
    Cool and add celery, onion, eggs, pickle and tomatoes. Mix in mayonnaise.
    Let set for 2 or 3 hours for best flavor.
