Bar-B-Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 can (10) biscuits
    1/2 c. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brown ground chuck.
    Add onion, pepper and barbecue sauce.
    Let this simmer while you make the cups. Open biscuits; press each biscuit into muffin pan bottom and up sides to form a cup.
    Fill with meat mixture; top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
