Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    1 can creamed corn
    3/4 c. canned milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Beat egg yolks.
    Add creamed corn, milk, oil, shredded cheese and muffin mix.
    Beat egg whites and fold into other mixture.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
    If it gets too brown, turn oven down to 350\u00b0 for last 20 minutes.
    Serve warm.
