5 Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew (raw)
    1/2 c. white or rye bread, broken into small pieces
    1 c. celery, cut up
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes (liquid included)
    3 onions, cut up
    6 carrots, cut up
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large covered casserole.
    Put in a 250\u00b0 oven and forget it for 5 hours or until meat is tender.
    It gets nice and brown and is delicious.
