"Sweeten The Catch" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fish
    ice water
    2 Tbsp. cooking soda
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    The night before cooking, take fish, wash off and put in bowl of ice water that has cooking soda and salt. After soaking in the refrigerator overnight or longer, wash fish.
    Pat dry and prepare either fried, broiled or poached.
