Pork Chop And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 potatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Coat pork chops with flour mixture, place in oblong baking dish.
    Add potatoes, cut in half, around the meat.
    Cover with water and cook about 1 hour or until done turning once.
