Beet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. apple cider vinegar
2 c. water
1 can pickling spice

Preparation

Bring to a boil.
Boil beets.
Peel off skin in cold water. Pack jars.
Fill with liquid.
Seal.
