Beef And Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced raw potatoes
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs or uncooked rolled oats
    1/4 c. ketchup or chili sauce
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place potatoes in greased baking dish with 1 tablespoon onion. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt and parsley flakes.\tMix remaining ingredients

    potatoes. Decorate
    top with
    more ketchup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
