Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box instant potatoes
    2 chopped onions
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine until onions are soft.
    Mix mashed potatoes (instant) according to directions on box.
    Add soft onions and cheese.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
