Pizza Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian-style fresh sausage
    1 (1 lb.) loaf French or Italian bread (unsliced)
    1 c. tomato sauce (Italian)
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in frying pan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring until sausage is done; drain.
    Split bread horizontally lengthwise, but do not cut all the way through.
    Spoon sauce over cut surface of bread.
    Top with sausage.
    Sprinkle with cheese evenly.
    Close bread sandwich-style.
    Wrap in foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    To serve, unwrap.
    Cut into thick slices. May use spaghetti sauce in place of tomato sauce.
