Skillet Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can carrots, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. instant rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. ground thyme
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and drain.
    Add vegetables and extra liquid. Add remaining ingredients.
    Cool on low heat.
    Serve hot.
