Hot Turkey Or Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced chicken
1 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. onion
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. water
3 hard-boiled eggs
3 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix first 9 ingredients. Mix mayonnaise and water until smooth.
Pour over mixture.
Add chopped eggs.
Put in greased 2 quart baking dish (shallow pan). Put in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
Bake
at 450\u00b0 until bubbly hot.
Sprinkle with potato chips
and
cheese.
