Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, boiled
    1 c. broth
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can English peas (LeSueur), drained
Preparation
    Saute onions and pepper in margarine (may also add chopped mushrooms).
    Cook vermicelli in leftover broth and drain.
    Debone chicken in bite size pieces.
    Add cheese and Ro-Tel to sauteed mix to melt.
    Mix all together well.
    Bake, covered, in a 2-quart casserole dish at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
