French Onion Soup(Ultra Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium onions, sliced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 cans Swanson beef broth, defatted
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. Molly McButter
    1/4 c. red cooking wine
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    black pepper to taste
    6 slices sourdough bread, toasted
    6 slices Borden fat-free Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, brown onions until golden brown.
    Sprinkle flour over onions and continue browning and stirring.
    In a medium saucepan, combine beef broth, water, Molly McButter, wine, salt and black pepper.
    Add onions and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Pour soup into individual bowls; top with 1 slice of toast and 1 slice of cheese.
    Warm at 375\u00b0 until cheese starts to melt.
    Serve immediately.
    Recipe makes 6 servings.
