2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 can cream
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Melt the first 4 ingredients on stove; remove from heat.
Add the vanilla. Serve hot over chocolate sheet cake and vanilla ice cream.
