Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated zucchini
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. nuts (your choice)
    1 c. raisins
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat the eggs, sugar, oil, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger together with whisk. Add flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda to the whisked ingredients and mix with wooden spoon.
    Add zucchini gradually.
    Stir in raisins, nuts and vanilla last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in 2 loaf pans for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
