Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. popcorn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. oleo
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. butter flavoring (optional)
    1 tsp. burnt sugar flavoring (optional)
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Pop corn and set aside, bring other ingredients to a boil (except the baking soda).
    Boil for 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat, stir in baking soda.
    Pour over popped corn, mixing well.
    Divide into two 13 x 9-inch pans and place in a 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Peanuts may be added. Cool, break apart.
