Orecchiette With Broccoli Rabe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches broccoli rabe
    6 anchovy fillets
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. orecchiette or any other kind of pasta
Preparation
    Trim and discard any yellow or coarse leaves and the tough stem ends from the broccoli rabe and chop the broccoli rabe coarsely.
    Wash the broccoli rabe and drain it.
    In a heavy skillet, cook the anchovy fillets until melted.
    In a kettle of salted, boiling water, cook the orecchiette to desired tenderness, adding the broccoli rabe 1 minute before the pasta is done.
    Drain the orecchiette mixture well and transfer to the skillet.
    Toss the mixture until it is combined well.
