Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. solid Crisco
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon mixed with 2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix butter,
    Crisco, sugar and eggs.
    Blend in cream of tartar, baking
    soda, salt and flour.
    Roll dough mixture into balls (small).
    Roll balls in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
