Carrot-Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 medium size lemon
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Grind peeling, pulp and all of lemon.
    Beat eggs; add oil and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Add carrots and lemon and blend.
    Mix dry ingredients and add to others, just to blend.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
