Antipasto Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Lipton Cool Side Salads Robust Italian pasta salad
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    2 Tbsp. chopped red onion
    1/4 c. salami or pepperoni strips
    1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichokes, drained and halved (reserve 2 Tbsp. marinade)
Preparation
    Set aside dressing mix.
    In 2 quarts boiling water, cook pasta and vegetables package, stirring occasionally, 9 minutes or until tender.
    Drain.
    Rinse with cold water until chilled; drain.
    In bowl, blend dressing mix, water and reserved marinade.
    Add pasta and vegetables, artichokes, salami and onion; toss.
    Serves 4.
