Aunt Matte'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 heaping c. Crisco
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
5 to 6 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar

Preparation

Blend flour, Crisco and salt. Mix in egg.
Mix vinegar and water then add to flour mixture.
Roll out as needed.
