Hunter'S Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. roast
    1/4 c. oil
    2 medium onions
    1 can tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    salt and Accent
    1 c. beer
    3 cloves garlic
    3 bay leaves
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Sprinkle meat with salt and Accent.
    Mix other ingredients; pour over meat in pan.
    Cook at 300\u00b0 to 350 for 3 to 4 hours, until meat is done and very tender.
    Add small amounts of water as necessary.
    Make gravy after removing meat.
