Sweet Potato Casserole With Marshmallows - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium size sweet potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    miniature marshmallows
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Wash sweet potatoes; boil until tender.
    Mash as you would Irish potatoes.
    Add butter, salt and vanilla.
    If too dry, add enough milk to make like mashed potatoes.
    Pile half into a buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle with half of brown sugar and press enough marshmallows to cover casserole on top of mixture.
    Pour remaining mixture; add rest of brown sugar, then again press enough marshmallows to cover casserole.
    Bake in moderate oven until marshmallows are brown.
