Linguine With Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. olive oil
6 to 8 garlic cloves, chopped
2 cans minced clams (undrained)
2 Tbsp. basil
6 1/2 oz. white wine
1 onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Cook onions in butter until tender; add garlic.
Continue to stir until garlic is tender, then add olive oil.
Add clams (and juice) along with all other ingredients except for white wine and parsley.
Continue to stir; add parsley and white wine.
Simmer on a low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
