Blueberry Cassis Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. graham crumbs
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. whipping cream
1 to 3 Tbsp. xxxx sugar
1 Tbsp. creme de cassis
Preparation

Add salt and vanilla to egg whites.
Beat until foamy. Add sugar in slow stream; continue beating until egg whites form shiny peaks.
Combine remaining ingredients; fold into mixture. Spread in well-greased and floured 9-inch pie pan, making the rim slightly higher than center.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
