Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. any seafood
    4 cans sliced stewed tomatoes
    6 sliced carrots
    3 celery spears, chopped
    3 onions, coarsely chopped
    1 can whole corn
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 small tomato paste
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    chili pepper
    black pepper
    Mrs. Dash
Preparation
    Mix all together in stock pot. Cook over medium-low heat until vegetables are about done. Add shrimp or clams or any desired seafood. Cook until seafood and vegetables are done. Serve over rice.
