Heart Healthy Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tsp. or 1 packet yeast
    1 1/2 c. bread flour (Gold Medal or your choice)
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. oatmeal or 1/2 c. oat bran
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. skim powdered milk
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. safflower oil
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    This recipe is for a bread machine.
    Follow the instructions given by your machine.
    This recipe is for a 1 1/2 pound loaf, for a 1 pound loaf reduce by 1/3.
