Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. whole pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except pecans, in saucepan.
Place over medium heat;
bring to
a
boil.
When
mixture starts to boil, cook exactly 2
minutes,
stirring\tconstantly.
Pour in pecans. Stir quickly until pecans are coated and all syrup is absorbed. Pour out
on
ungreased
cookie
sheet.
Separate. Cool and serve.
