Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. pkg. lime jello
2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. finely diced celery
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. cherries
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat pineapple to boiling.
Add jello; stir until dissolved. Chill until partially set.
Soften cream cheese with 1/3 of the whipped cream.
Stir into jello mixture.
Add celery, nuts and cherries.
Let set a little longer.
Fold in remaining whipped cream.
Pour into mold.
