Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon, drained and flaked
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. cracker crumbs (optional)
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
    Combine salmon, crumbs, onion, margarine and salt in a bowl. Combine milk and egg and mix thoroughly.
    Shape into a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
