Pineapple-Banana Pie(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4-serving pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 banana
1 (8 oz.) can crushed unsweetened pineapple, drained
3 pkg. sugar substitute
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook pudding, mixed with sugar substitute, pineapple juice and milk, until it thickens.
Remove from heat.
Add pineapple and vanilla.
Mix well.
Slice banana over cooked pie crust.
Pour pudding over banana.
Serves eight.
